As an affiliate marketer you need 3 things in a program to maximize your income:
1) A product that people actually NEED.
2) A product that pays GENEROUS commissions.
3) A product that pays you residual monthly income so you can make a sale one time and get paid FOREVER.

Clickbank never worked for me. I never ever get a sale. I made some money using commission junction, although not much.

This one is reliable and pays very good. Not one member has
complain and we have over 2/million members scince
launch in sept/07 ..Always remember most affiliates
programs or free, and i found them to be a waist of my
time.
IF you can charge a $150-pro-level on a credit card
this will be your best program for 2008. The pro-level
guarantees you will get paid no matter if you hate advertising.
This company will be the next “Youtube” its following the
same path and concepts / as youtube did by paying members
by “REVENUE SHARING” meaning the ceo advertises his
website to millions 24/7 and members all work together advertising also and all profits that come in you are guaranteed to get your share of profits /This is called “Revenue Sharing”) I bought the pro-level in sept/ and
in october 1/month was paid $1600/ I did no advertising, just
wanted to put this for a TEST/ the next 3wks in Dec/

Another thing to keep this company healthy is every single
member renews his or her membership / quarterly / but you
will have earn more than enought from profits to renew with.
