In my 4 year adventure looking for the Top Internet Businesses, I have been relieved of a lot of cash and have made a little too.

One thing that I found from my experiences was that going from company to company caused me to lose focus and a lot of money. I would advise anyone who is reading this article to stay with one company at least one year before you make any judgments to move to something else. From my experience this is the #1 reason why people fail in this business.

Next you have to be patient and persistent. These are 2 of the biggest keys to success in any online business. Take your time and don’t give up so easy.

Try doing a Google search before you join any Top Internet Businesses. Look for all the benefits that you can find and also any problems that can identify that will help you to make a good judgment on should you be involved with this program. This has saved me a lot of time and money too.

I want to make this really clear by mentioning this again and that is researching your business is the critical key to you making the right business decision on what company to join. I have wasted a lot of money that I could have put into an advertising plan that could make my business grow.

I have wasted a lot of money that I could have used to market the business that I am involved in now, if only I would have just followed this information that I am telling you about now. Learn from my mistakes and save time and money.

Branding yourself is the next key to success in this business. Get your name out there in front of as many people as you can so that people will know who you are and want to buy what every you are selling.

You might be asking yourself, what do I do now and you might have the urge to want to start to spend your hard earned money on marketing your business. I would suggest to you that you try to use a many free ways to get your name out there. Traffic exchanges, blogging, and safelists are a great way to start out.

Look at your budget and see if you can buy some solo ads, and if you can also afford to, get yourself an autoresponder, hosting account, domain name and create a splash page to grow a list of customers with.

Think of a follow up program too. Create a series of emails that you want to send to your list that you are building to sell yourself with. Give away products or valuable information that will help your customers and make them think of you as an expert and someone to believe in. You’ll be well on your way if you use this approach.

Next, if you have been making some of the mistakes that I have been talking about then you have a lot of software products and ebooks gathering dust on your hard drive. Give them away for free to gain trust with you prospects.
